What items can be returned?

Items can be returned if they are not products embroidered with initials, pajamas or pre-order items. Returns are possible within 14 days from the delivery date. Once the item is received, we will issue a gift voucher for the item’s value, which can be used in both the online and physical stores.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and without any signs of wear such as makeup stains, sweat odor, etc. All products must be not crumpled, have their original tags and be in their original, undamaged packaging. If the products or packaging are untidy and do not match the merchandise appearance, a 10% fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or the refund will not be applied.

If there are visible or noticeable signs of wear on the product, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the return.

Items must be returned with the original invoice included with each order.

Once the item is received, we will issue a gift voucher for the amount. If a gift voucher return does not meet the buyer’s needs, they may decline the voucher and request a refund. However, refunds are not available if the purchase was already made using a gift voucher.

ORDER CANCELLATION

A 5% administrative fee is applied for order cancellations. The money will be refunded within 10 calendar days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The money will be refunded in the same way as the original payment.

What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items are: pajamas with shorts or pants, products with initials or other embroidery, sale, and sample sale products.

Also, custom orders and custom embroidery.

Items with defects that are indicated in the product descriptions on the online store.

Shipping return costs and fees

The costs and fees for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. The shippig cost are not refundable.

How to make a return?

You can return items within 14 days from the order receipt date.

When will I receive payment for returned items?

Once the item is received, we will issue a gift voucher for the item’s value.

Incorrect order

If you received an incorrect or damaged order, contact us by email at CARE@MJREVER.COM, providing a photo of the damage/incorrect product and your order number.

The seller has the right to replace the unsuitable product (incorrect size, small defect, incorrect initials) within 10 days.

Order cancellation

Gift vouchers

Each gift voucher description includes its validity period, which starts from the date of purchase. This information is also provided on the gift voucher itself.

The gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

An existing gift voucher can be extended for an additional 2 (two) months from the original expiry date. The gift voucher can be extended for an additional 2 (two) months within two months of the original expiry date.

The validity period can only be extended for an undamaged gift voucher with a clearly visible gift voucher code.

The validity period of a gift voucher can only be extended once.

A 10% extension fee of the gift voucher value is applied for each extension.

The extension request must include: the buyer’s name, surname, contact phone number, email address, and gift voucher code.

The extension fee can be paid in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer to the company’s account according to the company’s pre-invoice.
